Top the apples and scoop them out. Cut the scooped-out flesh into small cubes and mix with the raisins and crumbled nuts. Add the cinnamon.
Fill the apples with this mixture. Crumble the caramelized biscuits and muesli bar over the apples and put their hats back on. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the apples in the oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle before serving with some honey and extra nuts.
