Pear cake with cashews and almond flakes

Preparation

Mix the margarine under the eggs

Add the tagatesse and the flour

Brown the nuts in a pan and then chop finely with a knife

Peel the pears and cut them into pieces

Add the nuts and the pear pieces to the batter.

Pour the batter into a mold and let it bake for 1 hour in the oven at  160 °C

  • 5 pieces eggs
  • 125 g tagatesse
  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 100 g unsalted cashews
  • 2 pieces pears
  • 100 g almond flakes
